Started with a Boston Butt from Sam’s Club

After cubing to 1″ pieces and ran the pork through the Lem Stainless Steel #8 .35HP Meat Grinder.

Using Zach’s Sausage Seasoning, crushed peppers and some extra sage.

Mix ingredients together with 6 oz of water.
